3. Shipping & Order Fulfillment
Orders marked "in stock" are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom orders typically require 2–4 weeks, depending on design approval and production load.

We ship only within the United States. Orders placed from outside the U.S. will be canceled and refunded.
3.2 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an item has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. If a package is marked delivered but not received:

4. Purchases & Payments

5.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue.
