1. General Conditions

3. Shipping & Order Fulfillment
Orders in stock are filled within 1-3 business days. Custom orders can take 2-4 weeks, dependent upon production.

3.2 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
3.3 No International Shipping

We currently do not service or ship internationally.

Orders placed outside the United States will be canceled and refunded.
4. Purchases & Payment
All orders placed through our Site are subject to product availability and acceptance by us. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

5.1 Refund and Return Policy
At Imperial Valley Colectivo, including vendor events and our online store at WWW.11CREW.NET, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges.

5.3 Damages and Issues
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it immediately. Contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue promptly.
6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We may also share this personal information with third parties, including advertising partners.
